Hi, I’m Allison Pavone, welcome t0 Living My Best Life Coaching. I am here to help you and your families with better nutrition, mindful eating, reading labels and really looking into your family’s lifestyle and how I can help you all evolve into the BEST VERSIONS OF YOU!
I wasn’t always as health conscious as I am today. I grew up playing sports, but I was the kid who hated to run the mile during those stupid PE tests and dreaded spring training sessions for high school soccer. I wasn’t the unhealthiest person, but I was someone who never looked at food as fuel or nourishment. I was the person who worked out because I wanted to eat whatever I wanted.

I am on a mission to help as many families as possible here in the Grand Strand. Childhood obesity is on the rise and the food products in this world we live in are only getting worse. Sadly, Cancer, diabetes, heart disease, dementia, autoimmune disorders, and ADHD are on the rise. Parents are on the go; lifestyles are a hustle and we have put our health on the back burner.
But I have to say that although I have adopted a more holistic version of a healthy lifestyle, and I teach others to do the same, it still hasn’t been peaches ‘n cream all of the time.

Allison has changed my life! Prior to meeting Allison, I was on thyroid medication and wanted to come off of it. She mentioned to me that with diet and exercise that I may be able to get off medication. At first, I really was not optimistic and thought there was no way I would be able to get off my medication. She gave me a list of foods to take out of my diet and told me what to eat and supplements to take to help heal my thyroid. Within a few months, I went back to my doctor and my doctor asked me what I was doing and I told him working out and changing my food and lifestyle habits. He told me that I was able to come off my medication and to come back to see him in a few months. It has been over a year now and my levels are still great and I have adapted a new way of taking care of me thanks to Allison. I am forever grateful for all her knowledge and support through it all.
