Allison has been a huge part of my weight loss journey. She has helped me lose over 60 pounds and taught me how to have a healthy lifestyle for me and my family. Not only is she knowledgeable with nutrition, but also with Autoimmune disease. I have PCOS and it was difficult to find anyone who understood just how hard it was for me to lose weight. I started a health and wellness program with Allison in August of 20198. I was suffering from symptoms of PCOS and hormonal issues. After talking with her and following her wellness program for twelve weeks I lost a significant amount of weight and was committed to a lifestyle change through nutrition and fitness. Allison has changed my life! Prior to meeting Allison, I was on thyroid medication and wanted to come off of it. She mentioned to me that with diet and exercise that I may be able to get off medication. At first, I really was not optimistic and thought there was no way I would be able to get off my medication. She gave me a list of foods to take out of my diet and told me what to eat and supplements to take to help heal my thyroid. Within a few months, I went back to my doctor and my doctor asked me what I was doing and I told him working out and changing my food and lifestyle habits. He told me that I was able to come off my medication and to come back to see him in a few months. It has been over a year now and my levels are still great and I have adapted a new way of taking care of me thanks to Allison. I am forever grateful for all her knowledge and support through it all.
